SRP Powerwise

SRP has been providing energy for the Phoenix area since 1909,
and is the nation's third-largest public power utility. Realizing the increase
in energy demands rises with the increase in new home builds SRP has been partnering
with builders to construct houses with energy-efficiency in mind.
The SRP Powerwise Homes program was created in 2005 with a goal of 15,000 homes, to further encourage efficient building practices.
SRP contracted DR Wastchak to provide the testing and inspections that are required of their program.
